I have been thinking about this quite a bit as I spin in anxiety (and suck everyone in my life into it) about my upcoming travel. I know I need to do yoga and meditation and breathe to get myself recentered, but I'm unwilling to, because I am enjoying the excitement. At least I'm recognizing that.
